How do I access my account and download the latest software and license key?

Please log in your account using the details provided in your order confirmation email. Download your license key from the Your Licenses table by clicking on the link under License key. Then run the software on your machine and enter the license key when requested. The latest software versions are also available to download from within Burp itself once installed.

 

I have forgotten my login credentials. What should I do?

Please email us using the email account that you used to purchase the software, and we will assist you.

 

How do I change my account details?

Please email us if you need to change the name, business name, or email address on your account.

 

I cannot find my license key?

If you cannot find your license key in your account page please check if it has expired or if you have another account with us. If you need any assistance, please email us.

 

I have more than one account and I would like to include all my license keys in single account?

Please email us and we can transfer your licenses to a single account at no cost.
