Error while encoding or decoding the character 'ñ' or 'Ñ' in the decoder tab.

The character 'ñ' encoded to base64 is 'w7E=' but on decoders is encoded as '8Q==' as well as the character 'Ñ' that is encoded in the decoders tab as ''0Q==' but the correct encode is 'w5E='.

Hi Asier, this is likely due to the byte to string conversions that we do within Burp Suite that could be affecting the encoding type that the character is parsed in. As looking at the examples you have provided; UTF-8 Encoded is 'w7E=' whereas using ISO-8959-1 is encoded as '8Q=='. We have a few improvements planned to Decoder in the future alongside our new message editor, so we will address this issue alongside those improvements in the future.
