Burp Installation for all users on a system

Can I install burp on a single system using my user account and make it available for all other users accessing the system with their user account.

I presume you are talking about the installation of Burp Pro? If so, you can install it on the user account with administrator access and it would be available to all other users on that system. You would need to purchase additional licenses for each user (in accordance with our licensing terms and conditions found here: https://portswigger.net/burp/eula/pro).
