Renewing your Burp Suite License
How do I renew my license?
You can renew your license from the link provided in our renewal reminder emails that are sent to the email address on your account, 30 days before the expiry date. You can also renew by clicking on the Renew link in your account page, which is available 30 days before the expiry date. Alternatively, and if you would like to renew earlier, please email us and we can provide you with a quotation from which you can pay online. If you are a reseller renewing on behalf of a customer please email us.
If I renew my license early, before the expiry date, will my license last for a full year?
If you renew your license before the expiry date, your renewed license will last for a full year from the previous expiry date so you will not lose any of your license period.
If I renew my license late, after the expiry date, will my license last for a full year?
If you renew your license after the expiry date, your license will run for one year from the date of order fulfilment so you will not lose any of your license period.
What happens when the license expires?
The software will stop working. You will need to renew your license by placing a renewal order to continue using the software. We do not operate an auto-renewal process.
What is my expiry date?
The expiry date of your license is shown in the Your Licenses section of your account.
How do I add new users to my Burp Suite Professional license or new agents to my Burp Suite Enterprise Edition license?
You can add new users or agents to your license by clicking on the Add user or Add agents link for the relevant product on your account page. Alternatively please email us.
