You can configure Burp to use a SOCKS proxy at Options / Connections / SOCKS Proxy. You can also configure Burp to use a regular HTTP proxy at Options / Connections / Upstream Proxy Servers.

I know that it s so obvious..what i was asking is.. can I configure burp to rotate proxies or socks? and to load socks from file for example not one at a time..I loved burp pretty much..I searched and didnt find any extension for socks support I found another tool which can do that and and it s free and faster do a job than burp pro

There isn't a way to use a list of SOCKS proxies and have Burp rotate through the items in the list, sorry.
