In intruder, setting up payload with "Grep - Match"

When I use intruder, I have to set up payload and "Grep - Match" each time. So I would like to set up them same time.

Do you mean that when sending a new item to Intruder, you want to auto-populate the payload and grep settings on the new tab? You can do this via the "New tab behavior" item on the Intruder menu. You can choose whether to use the default configuration, or copy the configuration from the first or last existing Intruder tab.
