Repeater UI - Fixed Placement of Tabs

Surreal | Last updated: May 08, 2015 07:43PM UTC

I would like for repeater to not move the location of tabs when selecting new repeater tabs. This occurs when the user has a large number of repeater tabs open (which happens to me when testing API calls where we make one repeater tab for each call). I think that it is easier to remember where tabs are visually, and it can be difficult to find the tab you are looking for when it is constantly moving each time you navigate to a new repeater tab. Thank you

Unfortunately the behavior of moving the row of the selected tab down to the bottom is done by Java and appears to be non-configurable. Tab panes can be configured to use a different tab header layout option, where large numbers of tabs are shown in a single scrollable ribbon, but most Burp users prefer to see all tabs visible. We're planning to revisit Burp's UI in general at some point, and we will look at all the options for tab layouts, and might expose more options to the user.
