indexOutOfBoundsException in BurpSuite

Hello, I am trying to use BurpSuite_free_V1.6.01 with jdk 1.7.0_80 with the accessbridge enabled so I can use the JAWS screenreader with it. After starting burpsuite and opening firefox 31.1.1 which has been configured to use burpsuite's proxy, firefox just sits trying to connect. I switched to the burpsuite window and using JAWS, clicked on the proxy tab. At this point, all controls in the proxy tab are disabled, and the following error is displayed in the console window: Exception in thread "Thread-2" java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.ArrayIndexO utOfBoundsException: -1 at com.sun.java.accessibility.AccessBridge$InvocationUtils.invokeAndWait (AccessBridge.java:7124) The full trace file is quite long so it is not included but could be supplied upon request. This error means that burpsuite is unusable by anyone using assistive technologies like a screenreader or magnifier.

Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, we're not familiar with the JAWS screenreader technology and haven't used this ourselves. From the stack trace you provided, it looks as if an exception is occurring within the screenreader code which is causing a failure to properly construct Burp's UI, so some parts of the UI are not usable. Have you used this screenreader with other Java-based programs, and have you ever run into any similar issues with those?
