I searched the googles and haven’t found any success, does anyone know if its possible to set up the socks proxy parameters with burp in headless mode?

You can configure SOCKS proxy settings within Burp at Options / Connections / SOCKS proxy. If you then gracefully shut down Burp and restart in headless mode, Burp will use these settings. Alternatively, if you are running in headless mode with your own extension, you could make this change programmatically via the config APIs.
