Decoder - URL decode special characters only

I would like to have the option to decode only the special (or non-alphanumeric) characters in a string. This is commonplace in URL parameters. The decoder seems to only decode/encode ALL characters in the string.

The inline encoding options available in the HTTP message editor via the context menu do support encoding only of special characters. We have a pending feature request to provide this option within the Decoder tool too. In terms of decoding content that is already encoded, normally people would want to decode everything, regardless of the type of characters.
