Proxy Listeners does not support for the specific address other than predefined proxy.

My proxy is "proxy.xxx.xxx.com". I am unable to edit under Proxy > Options > Proxy Listeners > Edit.

I have added the "proxy.xxx.xxx.com" as redirecting under "Request Handling". But not working. How to fix it?

Are you trying to use an external proxy server to handle outgoing requests that are made by Burp? If so, you can configure this at Options / Connections / Upstream proxy servers. You should then revert your Proxy listener settings to their default values.

I am also facing the same issue, At home I have a internet which is having auto detect proxy setting, and if I changed to the proxy 127.0.0.1:8080 then my Internet connection lost. Could you please help me on the same.

Are you referring to an ISP-provided proxy that you need to use to handle outgoing requests that are made by Burp? If so, you can configure this at Options / Connections / Upstream proxy servers. If your browser normally uses proxy auto-detection to obtain the location of the proxy, then you'll need to establish what proxy is actually being used, and configure that within Burp.
