Remove duplicates from output of "Copy URLs in this host" (Site map)

The output of this menu option contains exact duplicates, including matching (or blank) query strings. Please deduplicate the list of URLs before output.

When you observe this, are there duplicate items within the site map for that host that have the same URLs? If you can describe the details of the items that are causing this, and how they differ, we'll investigate further.

It looks like there are a few variations in the Site Map. Some items have different POST parameters (or no POST parameters), some occur where Burp considers there to be both a folder and a service at the same URL, i.e., "/service1?blah", "/service1/service2?blah" which outputs two "/service1" entries.
