Logging options are not saved.

Every time I restore my state file I have to go to User Options->Misc and choose my preferences again.

This was an intentional decision not to persist logging options, since in most cases the logging feature is only needed to troubleshoot or invesigate a particular problem, and in any case that can now be done more easily with an extension like Custom Logger. We didn't want people to have logging settings restored and unwittingly overwrite logs from earlier work.
