cant release license

Hi, I work with Burp Pro, recently I lost the vm image (vm crash) on which Burp was running, as such I am unable to release the license, now I have bgot a new vm built for my work, but cant install the burp on it as its saying license not valid for more than ** users. Kindly can you de-activate the current activation of the license so that I can re-activate it from my new VM?

Hi Team, We at Qwikcilver solutions purchased two Burp Suite Professional license. Licenses were received on itinfo@qwikcilver.com . One license was used in VM for performing scan. The VM where burp suite professional installed has crashed and is non-recoverable. Could you please help us to release the license that we can install fresh in new VM.
