not connecting burp , firefox

hi iv been using for lat one month , its worked fine , untill today mornig i tried to configure burpsuite to capture my andriod mobile trafic ..i used ur forum tutors for this it didnt wrkd at all so delete the proxy setting in my phone and del my phones relaed settings in burp suite . after that when i try to capture trafic frm my firefox browser ,burp suite loading first request from firefox then ..firefox stuck at same page ..not loading a bit thnk u in advance Uluka

Please can you try restoring defaults for all options in Burp, via the Burp menu? Don't forget that when a request is stalled for interception you will need to forward that request to the server so that the response can be received and passed back to the browser, otherwise the browser will remain stuck on the intercepted request.
