Target organization

When following a manual testing workflow, I prefer to reference the site hierarchy under the Target tab, but there is no way to track progress or my remarks internally. If paths could be color-coded and allow comments or offer state changes that reflect testing progress, this would be great.

Thanks for this feedback. Did you know that you can add colored highlights and comments within the table view of the site map? Click on the host value in the table to set a highlight, and double-click on the comment value to set a comment. Although these are not reflected within the tree hierarchy, you can apply a view filter to only show annotated items. This might help with your workflow.

That's a helpful feature - thanks. It would be handy to have further functionality within the tree view. For example, why not allow setting a color and comment for a node in the tree that is then propagated to each comment? Would it be possible to develop this functionality with an extension? I would be willing to take this on, as I'm finding it difficult to keep large projects organized.

There isn't a way to do this with an extension. We'll consider enhancements to the user interaction with the site map tree at some point.
