Burp shows super tiny window&letters

Hi, When opening Burp on my Dell 5510 it won't maximize and it shows tiny window&letters. What settings should I change to see Burp at normal size and not in miniature. Also, I am not able to install any new updates as it freezing at 100% download. The download will not complete.

Are you using a HiDPI screen? If so, you should use the platform installer version of Burp, not the plain JAR file.

Same here....installer download within burp is not working. Hangs at 100 %. Nothing to use in the temp folder. Any1 has a solution?

Can you download the platform installer from your account on our site, and try that?

I have the same problem here (with a High density screen on a dell laptop running GNU/linux). I tried using the installer, but the problem remains :-( I also tried launching the jar file manually while playing with the GDK_SCALE environment variable as suggested on some external resources: GDK_SCALE=2 java -jar burpsuite_pro.jar ... But neither did it work :/ Any other idea? Many thanks!

samuel, could you try changing the font size in User options > Display > User Interface > Font size? Let us know if that helps.

Yes the font size change in "User options" did help, halfway. The font size in the "Inspector" is still very tiny.

Hi Could you tell me the version of Burp you are using and the OS that you are experiencing this on? When I change the font size in "User options", the font size of Inspector changes as well.
