Add "Extension provided checks" to "Active / Passive Scanning Areas"

Currently, active and passive checks initiated by extensions are run for every scan (i.e. even if no "Scanning Areas" are selected). Having new Scanning Areas (one for passive, one for active) dedicated to extension-provided checks would be nice. I consider that disabling every checks but one (like "External interactions" for Infiltrator-based testing) and having extensions emitting traffic nonetheless is counter-intutive and probably unwanted... Thansk in advance for your feedback!

Hi Nicolas, We agree this would be a useful feature. We are planning a refactor of this area, to allow individual checks to be controlled. I've liked your request to the story, so when we start designing it, we'll consider your use case. We'll let you know when we make progress.
