How to i pause request , edit the request and forward it back?

I am trying to pause a request edit the request and forward the request back to web server. Can you can tell me how to do so. Also web pages request are not listing in Burp suite if intercept is on, when i off the intercept, requests are been captured i am not understanding this behavior of burp suite. Help me i am performing security testing on web application.

Hi Neha, Thanks for your message. The Intercept feature can do that. First, ensure Intercept is on in Proxy > Intercept. Make a request in your browser. Burp will Intercept the request and allow you to modify it. When you are done, click Forward. When Intercept is on, you need to forward requests or they will be lost. You can keep clicking Forward. Alternatively, keep Intercept turned off most of the time, and just turn it on when you know that you'll need it. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
