Remove unnecessary data from the project

Hi, is there a way to wipe all the out-of-scope data and the data of certain Burp tools (especially Spider) from a project without saving a project as a new file and then deleting the initial one?

That is currently the only way to perform the functionality you require. However, we are working on ways to improve Burp Projects.

Did I understand you correctly, that you already work on the function like "Wipe all out-of-scope data from the project" and I don't need to create a new feature request?

We're working on ways to reduce the size of Burp Project files. The functionality you require is already available. We'll have a think about making a "compact project" feature.
