Automate the scanning process with multiple or all types of known attacks over my web application. Currently when I run the scanner and attack, only the server config issues are listed in reports and the individual form/field attacks are not happening. I want to record a full traversal of my web application once and let Burpsuite to do exclusive automated attacks on the application for [integer overflow,bufferoverflow, XSS(cross site scripting),format string,output encoding,get for post, form submitted without post,application exception,clickjacking ]

Have you ensured that the application is fully mapped before you perform scanning? - https://support.portswigger.net/customer/portal/articles/1783108-recon-and-analysis-with-burp-suite Do you have the appropriate Scan Issues checked in Scanner > Options?
