Does Burp try to send unsent files.

A server team is reporting that it is still receiving attack strings and file upload attacks from my scan even though I stopped scanning more than one week ago. Is it possible that Burp (or my OS) is still trying to send unsent attacks when I open it back up? Does it have a queue of unsent attacks that would go out even though scanner is paused? This particular scan was very resource intensive and caused burp to use up most of the system resources due to all the file upload attacks.

Hi Tim, I take it that Burp is still running? Please check the Scan queue tab to see if anything is still running there. If not - it's possible that badly behaved extension is continuing to send payloads after the scan has been stopped. If you could send us a list of extensions that you have installed, that would be helpful.
