When I create some ticket in web GUI = Public post, for a couple of months now I'm taken to the 2nd step, but the Topic automatically changes as well as the subject, which includes message. I'll try to upload screenshot for you to see. At the moment I use Chrome Version 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit). Thanks, Andrej

Hi Andrej, Has this happened to you again? We've not been able to reproduce it ourselves. support.portswigger.net is provided by a third-party, so it's possible they were having issues that have since been resolved. We do plan to move this in house.

Hi Andrej, Can I just check: you had previously reported a more serious issue with this form, with corrupt content displaying. Has the more serious issue happened again? We will look at this issue also, I just don't want to pull the web developer off other work.

If you mean that message body is appended in the subject description, yes, that was still persistent last time I checked (23rd of May)
