You need to install Burp's CA Certificate in your browser: - https://support.portswigger.net/customer/portal/articles/1783075-installing-burp-s-ca-certificate-in-your-browser Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Hi Rakesh, It certainly is possible to intercept facebook.com on Firefox. I have done it myself multiple times. Please remove the certificate you installed, then follow the instructions again, making sure to follow them precisely. Be aware that the process for installing into Firefox is quite different to other browsers. If you're still having difficulty, please send us some screenshots of the certificate installation process, and any error message you're seeing.

Hi Rakesh, Two suggestions: 1) Upgrade your Burp to a newer version. There were some changes in how browsers handle certificates recently. 2) Secondly, while you're getting this working, turn off Intercept. The certificate dialog looks correct. I think you're nearly there now.

Hi Rakesh Just to confirm where you are up to, could you send a screenshot displaying the error message you are encountering in your browser and the alerts tab in Burp Suite? Additionally, could you send us a screenshot of your Burp Suite diagnostics (Help > Diagnostics). You can send this information confidentially to support@portswigger.net.

i have same problem!

Burp User | Last updated: Dec 09, 2019 10:32AM UTC

i´ve had the same issue for a while now. i think it depends on what system your trying to intercept. since burp certificate is HTTP and HSTS enabled by the host and probabley an updated firefox, i think your pretty smoked:) BUT, i found that if you load the first requst without intercepting it will work to intercept next request.
