How to intercept info comming threw the command prompt window, not http?

Hi, I am running an x-client on my pc and want to use Burp to intercept the info for a Cluster bomb attack. I can set up Burp to intercept data from a website but how do I set it up to intercept data that just runs in a CMD window like my x-client does?

Unfortunately you can't do this; Burp is a web testing tool. There is a third party extension: Burp Non HTTP Extension - although I don't think that does quite what you want either.

What program does this?

I'm not aware of any software that's like an intercepting proxy for a terminal. I think researchers tend to code one-shot test harnesses to do fuzzing. This isn't our area of expertise though; you may do better to ask on a security forum.
