Can't login to trial for first time

Hi, I just got my email for a free trial of Burp Pro. The email and customer number it gave me doesn't work. I emailed support and I'm waiting to hear back. Does anyone know how I can login and download Pro? How long does it usually take Burp support to email me back? Please reply. Thanks
