unable to get a request from webgoat to burp suite

i have installed weboat which is running on port 8080. i have installed burp suite . changes proxy settings 127.0.0. 1: 8089 i have changed the proxy settings in chrome to 127.0.0. 1: 8089. I am able to get other requests in burp except webgoat. Please do help and please do screenshots for reference

Are you running IIS Express? We have encountered an issue capturing localhost with this tool. If not, one possible method to resolve this issue is to add an entry to your Hosts file: myapp 127.0.0.1 Then in your browser visit http://myapp:<address> In Windows your Hosts file can be found at C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts. If I can be of any further assistance, please let me know.
