I can't see a POST Requet in Proxy Intercept menu but it is in the HTTP history menu

I should find out a specific POST REQUEST in Proxy Intercept menu.. I couldn't find this in the menu but it was in HTTP HISTORY menu.. How can I find this in intercept menu..?

Proxy Intercept only captures requests as they happen. To find a specific request, you need to turn Intercept on, then do something in your browser to trigger that request. What I normally do instead is find interesting requests in HTTP History, then use "Send to Repeater" - and work on the requests in Repeater.
