This tutorial demonstrates how to run Burp from the command line: - https://support.portswigger.net/customer/portal/articles/1783038-launching-burp-suite-from-the-command-line A user config file allows you to define Burp Suite user configuration options: - https://support.portswigger.net/customer/portal/articles/2928360-using-burp-s-command-line-arguments Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

That's not an answer to the question. This page is the first one that pops up when you google for the location of the user config file, so please kindly properly answer the question.

I found it under C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\BurpSuite There's a "UserConfigPro.json" and/or a "UserConfigCommunity.json" file, depending on the version of Burp Suite.
