I ordered burp suite pro 5 days ago and sent several emails only to receive zero response! Whats going on?

Okay I've emailed the office@portwigger.net 5 or 6 times, if sent several different return emails (upon your request) including work and another personal email, I've sent the purchase receipt off my credit card and its been 7days with no license. I don't understand the problem here! For such a great product it seems impossible to buy it. This is a terrible business model! Need help? I would be happy to sell this for you and I could be a lot more responsive than this.

It's now been 10 days without a response. I'm calling my bank and marking this as a fraudulent charge. I'm super sad to see this go this way I do love this tool!
